Woman charged following €150,000 heroin seizure in Dublin

A woman in her 50s has been charged following the discovery of heroin in a house in Ballyfermot.

Gardaí investigating the discovery of the drug, which has an estimated street value of €150,000, have arrested a 55-year-old woman who will appear at Blanchardstown District Court at 10.30 this morning.

The woman, who was arrested on Wednesday as part of an ongoing investigation targeting the sale and supply of drugs, is currently being held at Clondalkin garda station.
