A six-week extra-mural course in employment litigation will be held in Trinity College from January 19th until February 23rd 2012.
Directed by barrister Des Ryan, lecturer in employment litigation on the Masters in Law degree programme at TCD, the team of lecturers includes Marguerite Bolger SC, Cliona Kimber BL, Tom Mallon BL and Terence McCrann, head of employment law at McCann Fitzgerald Solicitors.
