ANTWERP - A court has awarded a woman 150,000 francs (£3,200) damages for injuries which made it uncomfortable for her to open her legs while on her back. It also compensated her husband for loss of sexual pleasure.

The judge decided, however, that her husband, who refused to make love to his wife in anything other than the missionary position, should only receive a third of the amount, ruling that he had not experimented with other positions.
