Counterfeit DVDs and equipment worth more than €400,000 were seized by gardaí in north Dublin yesterday.
Ten eight-deck burning devices, 20 printers, 10 televisions, 10 photocopying machines, about 30,000 DVDs, audio equipment and two vehicles were removed from the house in Balbriggan.
The property on the Naul Road was searched following inquiries by local officers into illegal counterfeiting of DVDs for sale at markets nationwide.
The scene was technically examined.
