Ms Beverly Cooper-Flynn TD is expected to announce later today whether she will appeal to the Supreme Court following the loss of her libel action in March against RTE and a retired farmer, Mr James Howard.
Ms Cooper-Flynn could appeal either the decision to award all costs against her or the outcome of the case to the Supreme Court.
