A Dublin man who punched two pilots at a bar in Howth has been ordered to complete community service.
Judge Katherine Delahunt accepted that Eoghan Fitzmaurice (26), Sutton, had made efforts to address his alcohol problem. She said he was an intelligent man who was at a low risk of reoffending. She imposed 240 hours of community service in lieu of a two-year sentence and ordered that he refrain from abusing alcohol.
