Washington - The US Defence Secretary, Mr William Cohen, confirmed yesterday that the US army was embroiled in another sex scandal involving a harassment suit filed by its highest-ranking female general.
Mr Cohen said he had learned that Lieut Gen Claudia Kennedy had filed a formal sexual harassment and insisted that the case "will go forward."
