Two people killed in car crash in Co Wicklow on Sunday have been named today by gardaí.
The deceased were Robert Currie, 45, from Dalry, Castledouglas in Scotland and his companion Elizabeth Harper, 40, also of Dalry.
They died after their car left the Rathdrum to Avoca road at around 8.30 p.m.
Their deaths bring to 210 the number of people killed on Irish roads this year. Thirteen have died in July so far.
