A Clonmel man charged with the murder of another man in the town last October has been returned for trial to the Central Criminal Court.
Mr Paul Fitzgerald (27), of Garrymore, Clonmel, is pleading not guilty to murdering Mr Frankie Daniels (41), at Burgagery Lands West on October 26th last. At Clonmel District Court, Judge Terence Finn said he was satisfied that there was a case to answer.
