THE four main churches in Ireland will be represented at the rugby "Peace International" between Ireland and the Barbarians in Lansdowne Road, Dublin, tomorrow.
The Church of Ireland will be represented by Archbishop Robin Eames the Catholic Church by Archbishop Sean Brady of Armagh and by its ecumenical officer, Father Padraig Murray the Presbyterian Church by farmer Moderat or the Very Rev R.F.G. Holmes and the Methodist Church by the Rev Paul Kingston.
Mr Trevor Ringland, former rugby international, said: "It a tremendous boost to receive support of the churches."
Children who are victims of Troubles will also attend the match and meet players and dignitaries beforehand.
