London - The parents of Britain's youngest CJD victim will spend "a precious last Christmas" with their teenage daughter, who has been given only days to live. Donnamarie McGivern (15) is unable to eat or move, after contracting the brain disease less than a year ago.

The former Irish dancing champion has not spoken a word for more than three months.
