The homes of three Catholic families in north Belfast have been attacked

The homes of three Catholic families in north Belfast have been attacked. Windows in the flats in Clifton Park Avenue were smashed on Wednesday night. The attackers also damaged the front door of one flat and cars belonging to two of the families.

No one was injured in the incident. However, a Sinn Fein councillor, Mr Joe Austin, said. "These attacks are blatantly sectarian and are designed solely to intimidate Catholics out of their homes."
