At least 18 people were killed and 20 injured when a bus collided with an oil tanker in southwestern Pakistan this morning, police said.
A police official said the bus was coming from the southern port city of Karachi when it collided head-on with the oil tanker near Surab, 140 miles south of the city of Quetta.
Police said passengers told them the bus driver was sleepy after driving for 12 hours. The injured were brought to a hospital in Quetta, where doctors said most of them were suffering from head injuries.
