Bula Resources has appointed Mr Omar Issa Yazigi as an executive director and corporate finance company Corporate Synergy PLC as an advisor to relist Bula on the London Stock Exchange.
Mr Yazigi, 44, Mr Yazigi will also continue in his current position as Bula’s regional general manager for North Africa and Malta.
He has worked in oil field services since 1979 where his business experience has largely focused on establishing services to the oil sector in the Middle East, Arabian Gulf and Africa as well as countries in the former Soviet Union.
