An eight-year-old boy, who was injured when his mother's car hit a wall, has been awarded £15,000 damages in the Circuit Civil Court.
Darragh Forrester, Lorcan Drive, Santry, Dublin, who was a front-seat passenger, suffered a broken leg and a head injury.
The settlement offer was put forward by his mother's insurance company.
