London - British police have arrested a 14-year-old boy in connection with the case of a 12-year-old who became pregnant in northern England. Police said the boy had been arrested "in connection with allegations of unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under 13" but not charged.
The arrest comes just days after another 12-year-old from the nearby town of Rotherham became one of Britain's youngest mothers. Police have bailed a 23-year-old man in connection with that case.
