Dhaka - Bangladeshi and Indian paramilitary troops ended a three-day exchange of fire near a disputed border village yesterday after telephone talks between senior officials, a foreign ministry source said.

At least two Bangladeshi civilians were wounded in Indian firing on Monday in the frontier village of Muhrir Char in south-eastern Feni district bordering India's Tripura state, newspapers reported.
