Bonino keen to retain EU post

Rome - Outgoing European Commissioner Ms Emma Bonino said yesterday she did not want the job of the UN's civil administrator for Kosovo, preferring to remain in the EU executive. "I think I can better serve the expectations of many Italians . . . in my role as European commissioner," Ms Bonino, of Italy's Radical party, said on Italy's Radio Radicale.
