The home of a man facing a Continuity IRA bomb charge was damaged in a pipe-bomb attack earlier this week, the High Court in Belfast was told yesterday. The disclosure was made during an application for compassionate bail by Mr Sean Paul Magee (21), from Lothair Avenue, Belfast. He was arrested last month after a bomb was found in a car in central Belfast.
