Everyone is given a ticket for the raffle. Redmond Cabot, whose work is on view at Juice Restaurant on Dublin's South Great George's Street, doesn't believe in "this hierarchical thing" in the art world. His work is for everyone. Redmond's photographs of Killiney Bay were taken at two hourly intervals over five days from the same fixed point just off the Vico Road in Dalkey, Co Dublin.
A number of his friends are here for the launch - Sine Quinn (daughter of Ruairi), Nessa O Brolchain, Lochlann O Mearain and Toby Hickey who is, says Redmond, "the most successful of us all". His mother, Penny, has come along with another son, Timmy, who's just got his pilot's wings.
