Judgment has been reserved in an action for damages taken by a Dublin barman who alleges he was sexually abused by a house father as a child in care at Madonna House, Dublin.
The High Court action was taken against the Eastern Health Board and Madonna House, the nominee of the Religious Sisters of Charity Provinciate.
