A Scottish man who is accused of having a letter bomb addressed to the leader of the British Labour Party, Mr Tony Blair, was refused bail in the High Court yesterday.
Mr Adam Busby (47) of Gardiner Street, Dublin, has lived in the State since 1983. He has also been charged with sending threatening messages to Scottish based newspapers in 1995. He was arrested on May 21st and has been held at Portlaoise, Prison. His trial is not expected to go ahead before the end of October.
