Two men charged with the murder of Mr Michael Shannon (34), Connolly Villas, Ennis, have been granted bail by the High Court, Ennis District Court heard yesterday.
Mr Michael Nihill (25), of Churchdrive, Clarecastle, and Mr Joseph O'Halloran (29), of Argyll Court, Newpark Road, London, are charged with the murder of Mr Shannon on April 2nd at Lysaght's Lane, Ennis.
Both were remanded in custody for a further week to reappear before Ennis District Court next Friday, May 5th, to allow them to meet the bail conditions set by the High Court on Thursday.
