London - A seven-week-old baby has died after being put in a tumble drier by his older sister. The boy died from head injuries following the accident at his home in Teddington, south-west London.
His three-year-old sister thought she was being helpful when she put him in the drier after he woke crying with a soiled nappy. The children's mother, who was asleep at the time, called an ambulance when she realised what had happened, but the baby was dead by the time he reached Kingston Hospital.
