Gardaí are this evening looking for two men who carried out an armed raid on a travel agency in Carlow town. The men are understood to have entered the premises on Dublin Street shortly before 12.30 p.m.
One of the men was said to have been armed with a handgun. The men are said to have threatened staff and demanded money.
When staff refused to hand over any cash the two fled on foot. No shots were fired and there were no injuries.
