PSNI officers were last night making a detailed search of the Ards peninsula area of Co Down where a 25-year-old Bangor woman went missing.
An air and ground search was launched after the disappearance early on Monday morning of shop assistant Lisa Dorrian following a late-night party.
Police have become increasingly concerned for her welfare and have not ruled out a crime.
She has not been seen since attending a party in a caravan site on the Shore Road, Ballyhalbert, Co Down, at about 5am on Monday.
Since then she has not made contact with her friends or family.
Her handbag and personal belongings were found at the scene.
The missing woman is 5ft 4in, of thin build with blond hair.
She was wearing a white short-sleeved top with lettering on it, cream combat trousers and a pair of white furry moon boots.
