A farm in Co Antrim at the centre of a foot-and-mouth scare has been given the all-clear. The North's Agriculture Minister, Mrs Brid Rodgers, yesterday told the Assembly that final results from the Pirbright laboratory in England on samples taken from the farm near Ballycastle and around 15 miles from the last confirmed outbreak at Cushendall were negative. In blood testing last week, foot-and-mouth antibodies were found in 18 of the farm's 325-strong sheep flock.
