A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions following the seizure of banned animal treatment substances at Knock Airport, Co Mayo.
The products, which had been offloaded from a commercial aircraft after its arrival from Rotterdam, were seized by members of the Customs National Drugs Team based in Sligo.
A spokesperson for the Revenue Commissioners said a number of individuals had been questioned and a file was being prepared for the DPP. "Our investigation is on-going," the spokesperson added.
