Tallinn - The number of people who have died in south-west Estonia after drinking moonshine laced with deadly methanol last month is now 67, police said yesterday.

"There are one or two people on average dying in hospitals every week, but the flow of new patients stopped already several weeks ago," Mr Kadri Palta, a police spokeswoman, said.
