LONDON:WITH IRISH hoteliers cutting prices at home it's interesting to see that the latest offering from the Doyle Collection in London is a package catering for the very top end of the market.
Think a luxury suite, think a bottle of Krug and think hanging out in the Brompton members club which is hidden away underneath the Kensington Hotel and has capped its membership at 350, including Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow.
The package includes one night’s stay in the Brompton Suite (right) which extends to 100sq m (1,076sq ft) and has its own well stocked bar – one night’s membership of the club, dinner and the Krug, and breakfast next day.
All for £2,000 (€2,274) per night.
