Ryanair stats out in front

Ryanair says 86 per cent of its 29,000 flights arrived on time in December, with fewer than one (0.86) complaint and mislaid bag (0.16) per 1,000 passengers. It also says 99 per cent of complaints were answered within seven days.

The number of working-holiday visas granted to Irish people aged 18-30 between July and December last year, according to the Australian embassy. This is an increase of 52 per cent on the same period in 2007.
