Paying tribute to Craig Jones
A tribute is to be made to 23-year-old rider Craig Jones, who died following a crash at the World Supersport race at Brands Hatch several weeks ago.
Algarve Motorpark, the new motor racing circuit in Portugal that owns the Parkalgar Honda World Supersport team that Craig Jones raced for, has announced two tributes to its rider.
They are to name the most technical and difficult corner of the track after him in recognition of his talent and skill, and will be erecting a memorial to him at the circuit.
The full unveiling will take place with Craig Jones's family at the final round of World Superbikes at the circuit in November.
