In Killiney, Skylane, at 97 Ballinclea Heights, a four-bedroom detached house, was withdrawn at £415,000 and sold later for a higher figure through Allen and Townsend.
Also in Killiney, The Lodge, a modern four-bedroom detached house on Killiney Hill Road was withdrawn by Lisney quoting £385,000.
In Sandycove, Lisney secured £360,000 for a two-storey villastyle house at 46 Glasthule Road.
In Glenageary, 21 Arkendale Road, a five-bedroom detached house, was sold at a Lisney auction for £662,000.
On the Dun Laoghaire seafront, a Victorian house with commercial potential, Silverdale, 9 Windsor Terrace, was withdrawn from auction by Gunne, which is now seeking offers in excess of £650,000.
Off Adelaide Road, Dun Laoghaire, 4 Mariners Court, a three-bedroom mews house was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald quoting £220,000.
Still in Dun Laoghaire, 51 Mulgrave Street, a four-bedroom end-of-terrace house was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good which is quoting £310,000.
In Monkstown, a four-bedroom granite-built mews house at 1 Brighton Lane, Brighton Avenue, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £395,000.
In Blackrock, a five-bedroom detached house, Kinvara, Stillorgan Park, was withdrawn at £350,000 by Ross McParland.
Lisney is seeking £575,000 for 16 Glenart Avenue, Blackrock, a five-bedroom detached house after it failed to sell at auction.
Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £465,000 for a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 54 Fosters Avenue following its withdrawal from auction.

In Blessington, 16.75 acres of woodland at Baltyboys was withdraw by H.J. Byrne which is quoting £120,000.
In Greystones, 30 Burnaby Park, a five-bedroom bungalow, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £415,000.
