In Rathmichael, Chantilly, on Ballybride Road, a Georgian five-bedroom detached house on 1.75 acres was withdrawn by Lisney which is quoting £1,275,000. The property includes a coach-yard with a number of outbuildings.

In Killiney, Skylane, at 97 Ballinclea Heights, a four-bedroom detached house, was withdrawn at £415,000 and sold later for a higher figure through Allen and Townsend.

Also in Killiney, The Lodge, a modern four-bedroom detached house on Killiney Hill Road was withdrawn by Lisney quoting £385,000.

In Sandycove, Lisney secured £360,000 for a two-storey villastyle house at 46 Glasthule Road.

In Glenageary, 21 Arkendale Road, a five-bedroom detached house, was sold at a Lisney auction for £662,000.

On the Dun Laoghaire seafront, a Victorian house with commercial potential, Silverdale, 9 Windsor Terrace, was withdrawn from auction by Gunne, which is now seeking offers in excess of £650,000.

Off Adelaide Road, Dun Laoghaire, 4 Mariners Court, a three-bedroom mews house was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald quoting £220,000.

Still in Dun Laoghaire, 51 Mulgrave Street, a four-bedroom end-of-terrace house was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good which is quoting £310,000.

In Monkstown, a four-bedroom granite-built mews house at 1 Brighton Lane, Brighton Avenue, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £395,000.

In Blackrock, a five-bedroom detached house, Kinvara, Stillorgan Park, was withdrawn at £350,000 by Ross McParland.

Lisney is seeking £575,000 for 16 Glenart Avenue, Blackrock, a five-bedroom detached house after it failed to sell at auction.

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £465,000 for a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 54 Fosters Avenue following its withdrawal from auction.

In Lucan, Co Dublin, a six-bedroom bungalow at Roselawn was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £380,000.

Dublin 2 and 4

A four-BEDROOM semi-detached house at 18 Serpentine Road, Sandymount, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, quoting £440,000.

Also in Sandymount, 28 Havelock Square, a three-bedroom mid-terraced house, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Gunne.

In Donnybrook, 38 Home Villas, a two-bedroom terraced house was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is quoting £240,000.

In Clonskeagh, Lisney fetched a strong price of £900,000 for 13 Maple Road, a five-bedroom detached house.

A two-bedroom terraced house at 2 Chelmsford Avenue, Ranelagh, was sold at auction for £300,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

A two-storey over garden level period house with 10 principal rooms at 16 Kenilworth Road, was sold at a Lisney auction for £450,000.

In Rathgar, 6 Villiers Road, a five-bedroom terraced house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £465,000.

In Terenure, 67 Greenlea Road, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £300,000.

A three-bedroom cottage at 15 Elm Park Terrace was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £190,000.

Also in Terenure, a two-bedroom bungalow at 57a Terenure Road West was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good.

In Dartry, 3 Sunbury Gardens, a three-storey five-bedroom house, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGerald.

A two-bedroom terraced house at 5 St Kevin's Terrace, New Bride Street, Dublin 8, was withdrawn at £125,000 and is under negotiation through Hugh O'Neill.

Also in Dublin 8, 37 Victoria Street, Portobello, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £265,000.

Still in Rathfarnham, 14 Riverside Drive, a five-bedroom semidetached house, was sold after auction for over £440,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

O'Mahony Auctioneers withdrew The Pines at 36 Taney Rise, Dundrum, from auction at £330,000 and sold it later for a price in excess of £375,000.

Also in Dundrum, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 5 Annaville Park was withdrawn at £235,000 and is under negotiation through Vincent Finnegan.

In Churchtown, 20 Landscape Gardens, a three-bedroom semidetached house was sold after auction through Lisney.

North Dublin

In Raheny, Dublin 5, 102 Foxfield Road, a five-bedroom detached house, was withdrawn by Gunne which is quoting £250,000.

In Baldoyle, 97 Grange Road, a two-bedroom semi-detached bungalow, made £170,000 at auction through Sherry FitzGerald.

A four-bedroom house, Clanrye, 138 Dublin Road, Sutton, was sold for £475,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

Sherry FitzGerald secured £855,000 for Claoroga at 44 Castle Avenue, Clontarf, a five-bedroom semi-detached house.

Also in Clontarf, 12 Victoria Villas, a three-bedroom mid-terraced house, was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King which sold it later for a higher figure.

Jackson-Stops McCabe is seeking £500,000 for Lochiel, 185 Mount Prospect Avenue, Clontarf, a four-bedroom bungalow on 0.33 acres, following its withdrawal from auction.

Sherry FitzGerald secured £340,000 at auction for 29 Iona Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 9, a four-bedroom semi-detached house.

In north county Dublin, Cumiskey Cooke Scales auctioned two properties: a derelict cottage on one acre at Baldwinstown, Garristown made £122,500 while a farmhouse on an acre at Hynestown, The Naul, sold for £157,000.

Wicklow

In Avoca, Tigroney House, Avoca, a seven-bedroom Georgian house on 38 acres was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King, which is now seeking offers in the region of £1.3 million.

A derelict farmhouse on 10 acres, at Dunbur Lower, Dunbur was withdrawn by Clarke Delahunt which is quoting £270,000.

In Blessington, 16.75 acres of woodland at Baltyboys was withdraw by H.J. Byrne which is quoting £120,000.

In Greystones, 30 Burnaby Park, a five-bedroom bungalow, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £415,000.

A four-bedroom bungalow, Kircullen, Kinlen Road, Grey stones was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald which is quoting £520,000.

In Bray, a three-bedroom bungalow at Newcourt Road was withdrawn and sold later for over the guide price of £190,000 by H.J. Byrne.

In Co Donegal, The Green House (Ramelton Fishery) Ramelton, a period house on 52 acres with good salmon fishing was sold at auction for £1.4 million through Hamilton Osborne King.

In Co Kilkenny, Kilcreene Lodge, a nine-bedroom house on 23 acres, was sold prior to auction by McCreery Auctioneers for a figure believed to be over £1.8 million.

In Co Kildare, 60 acres at Wheatfield, Straffan was sold for over £450,000 by Coonan.

Also in Co Kildare a five-bedroom bungalow, Cruachain, Eadestown, Naas was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Jordan.

In Co Meath, a 13.5-acre farm at Donaghmore, Navan, was sold at auction for £175,000 through Smiths.

A three-bedroom former schoolhouse at Kilskyre, Kells was withdrawn at £120,000 and is under negotiation through Gunne.

Also in Co Meath, a three-bedroom bungalow on 0.33 acres at Killeen, Dunsany was withdrawn in the mid £140,000's and is under negotiation through Ronald Duff.

A 5.5-acre holding at Starinagh, Collon, Co Louth, was sold at auction for £36,000 through Smiths.

In Co. Sligo, Desmond F Leonard sold property at Cloonagh:

The Clonee Garden Centre in Clonee, Co. Meath, on 8.2 acres was withdrawn at £1.4 million and sold later for over £1.5 million.

At 40/41 Watergate Street, Navan, Robbie O'Malley's pub was sold prior to auction through Raymond Potterton.

The Vatican public house at The Square, Kildare Town was sold prior to auction for a figure believed to be in excess of £1.75 million by John Younge.

In Barna, Co Galway, The Twelve Pins public house/restaurant was withdrawn at £2.3 million and sold later for a higher figure through Gunne.

In North Tipperary, The Friars Tavern pub at Lorrha Village was withdrawn at £187,000 and is under negotiation through P J Broderick.

In Co Clare, Ballykilty Manor Hotel, Quin, a 12-bedroom hotel on 43.5 acres was withdrawn at £800,000 and is under negotiation through Paddy Browne.
