A stylish three-bedroom Victorian terraced cottage at 81 Patrick Street, Dun Laoghaire, made £225,000 at a Lisney auction. Owned by furniture designer Tadgh O'Driscoll, the house has been completely refurbished. A six-bedroom detached house on 0.25 acres at 13 Coundon Court, Killiney Avenue, Killiney, was withdrawn by Daphne L. Kaye & Associates, which is quoting £495,000.

In Mount Merrion, 27 Glenabbey Road, a 1950s four-bedroom semi with a self-contained granny flat made £315,000 at a Sherry FitzGerald auction.

In Rathmines, a 10-room two-storey over basement terraced house at 14 Grove Park made £330,000 through Douglas Newman Good.

A five-bedroom detached house with large gardens at 2 Templeville Park, Templeogue, was withdrawn by Lisney.

John Younge Auctioneers secured in excess of the withdrawal figure of £1.45 million after auction for McDaids pub/restaurant/ night club at Park Street, Dundalk, Co Louth.

In west Cork, Journeys End Restaurant, in Crookhaven, was withdrawn at £250,000 by Dominic Daly, which is quoting £275,000.

In Co Waterford, a 35,000 sq ft site with planning permission for 16 houses and 6,000 sq ft of retail was withdrawn by O'Shea O'Toole, which is quoting £400,000.
