Jackson-Stops and McCabe has secured over £500,000 for two adjoining stores occupied by Edward Carroll and Company at 6/7 Market Court, beside Bray Town Hall, in Co Wicklow. The new owners can avail of £300,000 in capital allowances because each of the 900 sq ft shops are located in a tax designated area. They are likely to be offered for letting shortly. The same agent is seeking £250,000 for Dawsons Fast Foods outlet, at Strand Road in Bray. It has living accommodation overhead.
