KILLARNEY Crystal has paid the equivalent of £48 per square foot for an industrial unit of 5,800 square feet at Stillorgan Industrial Estate in south Dublin. Lisney handled the sale of the 15-year-old building on behalf of Warner International, which has moved to another plant on the estate.
In west Dublin, Green Property has begun work on a speculative industrial scheme at Westgate Business Park in Ballymount. Hamilton Osborne King is quoting a rent of £6 per square foot and a selling price of £60 per square foot for the new building, which can be subdivided to provide from 15,000 to 33,500 square feet.
