All change at Sherry FitzGerald, a company that is renowned for reshuffling its staff. Clare Cullinan (right) has been appointed managing director of its residential division, a position that puts her in charge of the agency's residential staff of about 100.

Meanwhile, on the newly expanded commercial front, now known as DTZ Sherry FitzGerald, Killian O'Higgins (bottom right) is taking over the reins. It is an important time for the commercial division with DTZ providing lots of extra international business. Founding partner Mark FitzGerald is standing back from day-to-day affairs to allow him devise overall strategy for a company that could well be heading for the stock market.
