The refurbished house, which has a self-contained flat at ground floor level, was sold for just over the guide price of £750,000. Elsewhere in Dublin 4, David Gill Associates secured £1,320,000 at auction for 78 Northumberland Road, Ballsbridge, a 3,000 sq. ft two-storey over garden level period house.
A three-bedroom terraced mews house at 2 Strand Mews, Lea Road, Sandymount was sold at auction for £371,000 through Bennetts.
Also in Sandymount, 15 Tritonville Avenue, a three-bedroom terraced house, was withdrawn at £200,000 and is under negotiation through Gunne Residential.
In Dublin 2, a four-storey over basement fire-damaged Georgian property at 67 Merrion Square was sold prior to auction for over £1.2m by Harper O'Grady.
South Dublin
A five-bedroom detached house, Aviemore, Kerrymount Avenue, Foxrock, Dublin 18, was withdrawn at £1.97 million by Daphne L Kaye & Associates which sold it later for over £2m.
Also in Foxrock, 31 Knocksinna Park, a four-bedroom bungalow, was sold after auction for £425,000 by Lisney.
A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 7 Trimleston Drive, Booterstown, was withdrawn at £282,000 and sold later for a price in excess of £300,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.
A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 49 The Rise, Mount Merrion was withdrawn at £445,000 and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGerald.
In Dun Laoghaire, a two-bedroom townhouse at 4 Summerhill Court, Summerhill Road, was sold at a Finnegan Menton auction for £246,000.
A three-bedroom duplex apartment at 2 Vico Rock, Dalkey, fetched £320,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
The same agent is seeking £725,000 for 2 Ardeevin Terrace, Ardeevin Road, Dalkey, a four-bedroom terraced house, following its withdrawal from auction.
In Sandyford, Ashton Lodge, on Kilgobbin Road, a four-bedroom detached house with a two-bed apartment was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King, which is quoting £630,000.
In Dublin 12, 88 Drimnagh Road, a four-bedroom bungalow, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting about £200,000.

A five-bedroom detached period house at 73 Palmerston Road, Rathmines, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which sold it later for a figure in excess of £900,000.
In Harold's Cross, a four-bedroom end of terrace house at 6 Casimir Road made a strong price of £410,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
In Terenure, a five-bedroom terraced house at 4 Terenure Park was withdrawn at £440,000 by joint agents Douglas Newman Good and Lowe, who are quoting £460,000.
Also in Terenure, 88 Terenure Road West, a three-bedroom detached house, was withdrawn at £330,000 and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGerald.
A four-bedroom detached house, Thorndale, at 31 Temple Road, Dartry, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £2.5m.
