Private investor pays £1.9m for Molesworth Street offices
A PRIVATE investor has paid about £1.9 million for Lisle House, an 18,600-square-foot building at 33 Molesworth Street, Dublin 2. It is rented under a long lease by Hibernian Insurance. The initial yield will be just under 6 per cent but the selling agent, Finnegan Menton, is anticipating the current rent of £185 000 will rise significantly when the next review takes place in January, 1999.
