HOLIDAY homes in Co Wexford, beside Duncannon Strand, have been reduced by €100,000. South Beach, above, is a scheme of 59 good-sized family homes that have been built over the last few years.

The final 14 houses were built in the last year and prices have been cut on the remaining 10. So far the scheme has proved popular with buyers in the greater Dublin area looking for a second home.
