Menolly Homes has a number of new homes still available in some of the best schemes around Dublin. While a high percentage of new homes are snapped up off plans months in advance of completion, some latecomers may be lucky and find that there are still a number of completed units available in the later phases of development.
There is a good supply of houses available in Dublin 15, where Menolly Homes has two completed schemes on offer.
Rosedale, off the Navan Road in Clonee, still has two-bedroom apartments, two-bed mid-terrace townhouses and three-bedroom end-of-terrace townhouses for sale.

Ravenwood is another Dublin 15 development where there is a range of units available. There is just one of each of the two styles of four-bedroom semi-detached remaining: a 1,410 sq ft house priced at £186,995 (237,434) and a 1,280 sq ft unit priced at £173,995 (220,928). Seven of the 1,100 sq ft three-bedroom semi-detached houses at £159,995 (203,151) are still available, while there are six of the townhouses remaining. Two 750 sq ft two-bedroom mid-terraces are priced from £134,995 (171,408) and four 1,100 sq ft three-bedroom end-of-terrace units priced from £154,995 (196,803). Riverbank in Drogheda is another Menolly Homes development popular with young buyers looking for affordable homes within commuting distance of Dublin. Close to Drogheda town centre, there is a good mix of apartments, duplexes, townhouses and semi-detached houses still available. Two-bedroom apartments, of which four remain, are priced from £89,995 (114,270) while the three-bedroom duplexes are from £111,995 (142,204). There are still six of the duplex units available. Three of the four-bedroom semi-detached units priced from £139,950 (177,699) and six of the three-bedroom townhouses priced from £114,995 (146,013) remain.
Located close to Mullingar town centre, Lakepoint Park is a development of semi-detached and detached family houses. Three-bedroom semi-detached houses with 1,150 sq ft of space, of which three remain, are available from £117,500 (149,194). There are two-styles of four-bedroom semi-detached houses at Lakepoint: there are nine 1,340 sq ft houses priced from £127,500 (161,891) and 12 of the 1,500 sq ft houses. There are only two of the spacious 1,800 sq ft four-bed detached homes priced from £174,950 (222,140).
Buyers looking for a new home in the Swords area should check out the last remaining units at the Drumloe Properties-built Applewood Village scheme. There are three one-bedroom apartments at £119,995 (152,362) and one two-bedroom duplex still available.
