DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Jury's Hotel, Lancaster Quay, Cork. Proposed development: demolish existing hotel and erect a mixed-use development consisting of a 182-bedroom hotel to include a leisure centre, 303-unit residential scheme, new vehicular/pedestrian bridge and junction facilitating the development, crèche facilities with site and development works.
