DECISION TO GRANT

Location: lands bounded to the north by Griffeen Valley Educate Together National School, to the south by Griffeen Avenue, to the west by Griffeen Glen Boulevard and to the east by Griffeen Road in the townlands of Balgady and Esker South, Lucan, Co Dublin. DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL

Location: SFX Centre, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 Sherrard Street Upper, Dublin 1. Proposed development: permission to demolish existing SFX Centre and erect a five-storey apartment building that steps down to three-storeys on the southern boundary with a detached two-storey building on the south-west corner of the site.
