The house has great proportions, the garden is sunny all day long and the neighbours are the best in the world! I have the benefits of quiet seclusion and yet being within walking distance of the city centre.

And the neighbourhood?

St Barnabas Gardens is a quaint cul-de-sac, little changed over the years but really nicely maintained. There is a great local community which is a good mix of old stock who have lived there for generations and new young professionals.

Clontarf, with its bistros and walks, is within walking distance and it's right beside the East Link too. The docklands have been steadily rejuvenated over the last few years providing more great walks. There are lots of local shops and the IFSC with its bars and M&S is just down the road.

Who'd like your home?

Well, me for a start! If I did not have to move I would never leave. This house could suit a couple or small family. It would also suit a professional who is fed up with the constraints of apartment life but wants to keep the convenience of a central location.
