David Fee has joined commercial and industrial property firm Agar Estate Agents, based in Beacon Court, Sandyford. Fee previously worked with the ESB Property Department, where he was responsible for nationwide property disposals.
While with the ESB, he was involved in the €7.5 million sale of former stores on Ballysimon Road, Limerick, and recently put together the deal to sell an ESB-owned site behind the Swan Centre in Rathmines. In his new posting, David Fee will focus on valuations, rent reviews and general agency practice.
