Owner-occupiers topped queue at Clonliffe Square

Virtually all of the 20 apartments sold last weekend at the new Clonliffe Square developments near Croke Park in Dublin 3, were bought by owner-occupiers. Most of the buyers were from the immediate area. Prices ranged from £142,000 for one-bedroom apartments, and from £175,000 for two-bedroom units. Hooke and MacDonald is handling the scheme, which will have 42 apartments in all.
