THE Office of Public Works has lodged a planning application to develop three self-contained office buildings of three, four and five storey height at Marlborough Street, Dublin 1. Permission is also being sought to provide an underground car-park and a four-storey block connecting 28 Marlborough Street and Tyrone House, both of which are listed buildings at the Department of Education.

In north Dublin, VAP Group has secured permission to develop warehouse buildings totalling almost 28,000 square feet at Helicentre, Stockhole, Swords.
