With office space in Dublin city particularly scarce, the Office of Public Works is now looking to suburban developments to meet its requirements. The State agency is understood to have reserved 45,000 sq ft of space under construction at Plaza House in Tallaght at a rent of £15 per sq ft under a long term lease. James Nugent of Lisney confirmed that the space is off the market, but could not identify the likely tenant. About 20,000 sq ft in the same block has been let to Elida Lever. Spain Courtney Doyle are the joint agents.
