A small advertising agency has emerged as the purchaser of a three-storey office mews building at 1 Kingram Place, off Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2, which has been sold for £830,000 by Finnegan Menton. The building has a lettable floor area of 1,600 sq ft, putting a value on it of £530 per sq ft - easily a record for the city.
