New homes: Stylish townhouses in Castleknock village

A new scheme of nine townhouses in the heart of Castleknock village is located on the junction of Beechpark Avenue and Castleknock Road and is a five-minute walk from Castleknock train station. The elegant townhouses have three storeys and come with a private back-garden and rear patio.

The houses were built by Mariaville properties and designed by Collins Maher Martin. Mariaville has employed Homebond, which offers a 10-year structural guarantee for the properties in the development.

Eight of the townhouses have three bedrooms and are 1,442sq ft, while the only four bedroom house in the scheme is 1,600sq ft.

Interior features at Wendover include wood panelling in the hallway, ceiling spotlights, Villeroy & Boch bathroom fittings. The A3-rated homes come with a fireplace that incorporates a wood-burning stove.
